The Great Awakening: Why More Women are Leaving Their 9-5 Jobs

In our rapidly changing world, many women are participating The Great Awakening. I say "participating" because some are resisting it.

But those who are saying yes...

are realizing their worth, remembering their purpose, and becoming increasingly uncomfortable living a life that's out of alignment with their true selves.

These awakened women know they're here for a purpose beyond what traditional 9-5 jobs can offer. They're ready to claim their space, use their voice, and make an impact in a way that only they can.

But why, you may ask, would someone leave a job that offers financial security and the illusion of safety?

Because, quite simply, while their bank accounts may be full, their SOULS FEEL DEPLETED.

They feel drained, unsatisfied, and frustrated, confined within careers they've painstakingly built over the years. And it's not just about their own dissatisfaction - the world is also missing out on the unique gifts these women have to offer.

When awakened women take the leap and start living their calling, the benefits are astounding, it opens them up to:

I get this so intimately!

I definitely grappled with these fears when I left my 15-year career in education to pursue my passion.

My journey has had its ups and downs, surprises and failures. Yet the rewards have far outweighed the risks. I not only opened myself up to unlimited income (built a business that has paid me more in one month than my entire first year as a teacher) but also the freedom to express my passion and purpose in any way I chose.

If you're an awakened woman with the vision and passion to leave your 9-5 job, here's a simple, step-by-step guide to help you along the way:

1. Clarify Your Vision - Reflect on your ideal life. What do you want it to look like? How do you want to impact the world? (*note: this will evolve over time, don’t get stuck trying to perfect it. Just find the vision that springs you into action and leave room for it to grow.)

2. Identify Your Unique Gifts - We all have unique gifts and talents. Identify yours and understand how they can serve others. (I teach you how inside Soulful Success)

3. Overcome Your Fears - Address your fears head-on. What are you really afraid of? How can you overcome these fears? Working with a mentor or coach can be very beneficial here.

4. Create a Financial Plan - Having a financial strategy in place will give you peace of mind and the confidence to make the leap. Determine how much you need to save before leaving your job, and how you will manage your finances once you do. Know that it is very common for a new business to see zero profits in the first year or more.

5. Start Building Your Dream - Start working on your purpose work alongside your 9-5 job. This will give you experience and help you establish some income and credibility.

6. Find Support - Surround yourself with supportive people. A mentor, a mastermind group, or supportive friends and family can make the transition easier.

7. Take the Leap - Finally, when you've done your groundwork, and you feel ready, take the leap. Trust your intuition and your abilities.

As you embark on your journey, I want you to remember this:
No dream is too grand and no goal too audacious.

You have the power to create a life that you love, one that's aligned with your highest self and purpose.

Sure, it might seem daunting, and there will likely be bumps along the way, but believe me when I say the rewards will far outweigh any setbacks.
